Purchase of Dyna Wide Glide
I walked into the dealership and Billy greeted me. He asked me if he could help me find anything, I told him my interest of a Street Bob. He pointed me in the direction of the Dyna I bought. He was very fair and I did not feel pressured into buying the bike. However, his willingness to educate me on why I should buy the bike sold me on my purchase. A Great Experience, Start to Successful Finish!
About five years ago, I had a fall which required surgery on my left leg. It has never fully recovered. After riding a Road King for 13 years, it was time to upgrade. I purchased a 2023 Road Glide from another dealer in the area. Unfortunately, it was just too much weight for me at that stage of life, and bad leg. I've been looking to upgrade from a Touring model to a Cruiser. The dealer I bought the new Road Glide from made me an insulting low-ball offer on a trade. My friend “little Billy” was one of the best sales persons I’ve ever worked with. I’ve bought countless vehicles throughout the years and he’s at the top! I bought the baddest bike at Fraziers, a 2009 cvo roadglide! It boasted a large 110” twin cam engine. Not just the size of motor but also the cam, exhaust, tuner, dyno tuned power! Great experience
Thanks to Big Carl and Bubba (as well as all the other staff) for a great experience picking up my four motorcycle but first Harley. I been riding dirt and street for over 40 years and finally made the decision to get a keeper motorcycle. Frazier's is my local dealer but I really didn't know what to expect. Luckily, I was matched up with Billy and he made the whole process great. From my short attention span to dumb questions about American bikes, to the test rides to compare the two I had narrowed down on, he was great. My situation is too complicated to go into details, however, when I presented my problem, the Parts Department stepped up and resolved it. They didn't have to do what they did, but I am extremely appreciative and will make Frazier's my primary vendor in the future. They saved me a great deal of money. Anyone can wait on a customer when there are no issues, but what separates "run of the mill" service from "excellent" service is how problems are handled. These folks provided excellent service and I thank them.
