Went on line saw the many 5 star reviews on service and customer care that I thought I would take a gander. Well. I started on line found some things that perked my ears up and so I reached out on line with a question first just to see, and what do you know. Within 1 min of sending a question I got a Text from a real live person not AI, not computer generated, a real person.. It was good man Billy. From the start he was real nice and was willing to answer any questions I had. Because that first experience I decided to go in to the showroom. Again the service was great everyone greated. Always asking if there were any questions, never any pressure salesmen. Just good ole boys there to help, hang out shoot the bull whatever the mood is. Had a great time working with Billy and the team. Am excited for my first service to see if Reviws for that are as equally as good. I have talked to Billy for years now. No matter how much of a pest I know I was he always was responsive and a pleasure to work with. I purchased a new bike yesterday and of course worked with Billy. What a pleasure, the managers were great, finance was simple and a pleasure to
deal with. I shopped the exact bike at another north metro HD dealer, that's closer to me, and in 20 years of owning Harley motorcycles that was the worst experience I've ever had. Went to Frazier's and couldn't have asked for anything better. Save yourself the time and just go to Frazier's from the start.
