On Tuesday, October 11, 2016, I was travelling from Delaware to Florida, when I developed problems with my FLHT-K. While attempting an aggressive passing maneuver, I felt the clutch slip. Unfortunately, I was able to duplicate the slip a second time. I was 650 miles from home, and 480 miles from my destination in Florida. I made the decision to find a dealership near my sister in Cumming, GA, so if I was stranded I could stay with them. I babied the bike towards my sister's area, and then called Frazier Harley Davidson in Buford. I spoke with Jamison, who told me to bring it in after I explained my problem. He met me outside when I arrived, wrote up the service request, at which time they took the bike right in.
They diagnosed the problem, brought the defective parts to me to examine, made the repairs, and offered to look the bike over. The tech brought me into the shop and showed me the front brake pads. I am glad he did, because I would have not made it home with the wear they had on them. He replaced the pads, and then came the bill. I was more than happy with it. There is not one negative thing I can say about my experience.
Thank you, Frazier Harley Davidson. You are a credit to the brand, and helped this rider out more than you can imagine. It is most appreciated.

Billy Rabon is the best
I bought my 2007 Fat Boy used. I got it in April of 2017. I have known of Frazier's for many years. I did not have a motorcycle lenience, so I was not able to test ride it. I was assured they take and keep only the best. They were not wrong. Billy Rabon is the best. He helped me with all my questions, and understood it was a big decision since I had not rode in 20 years. The entire staff is great. Now I ride over just to say hello. I am always greeted with a smile and "glad to see you". The bike is great and rides like a dream. You can't find a better dealership anywhere. I have stopped at others, and not greeted with the same hometown attitude that the staff at Frazier's exhibit everyday. What a great place to spend your hard earned money.

Visited eight different dealers shopping for the dealer I wanted to deal with over time. Viewed each service area and Parts Department. I found Frazier's to be honest and straightforward about prices, service and parts. While not the largest dealer it was the dealer I felt the most comfortable with for the long run.

Love these guys! Fraziers turned the potentially stressful experience of purchasing a new bike into an incredibly effortless and efficient transaction. Justin and Greg were extremely accommodating; It felt like we were just hanging out. They even worked with us on our options and different loan rates. We knew we were in good hands leaving with our brand new 2018 Road Glide. Can't wait to go back.

Frazier's Harley-Davidson has performed all 5k mile services on my 2015 Fat Bob, installed header/exhaust system, and more recently installed a Screaming Eagle 110 big bore kit. Their service department have met and exceeded all expectations. Kyle and Jamison are easy to deal with for service and answer any questions. Thanks, Frazier's! I will continue to have my bike serviced at this dealer.

I just wanted to give a big thanks to everyone at Frazier's! These folks are top notch ! My hubby and I have been riding for 34 years , me, always on the back of his bike . We bought our first Harley from Fraziers in 2016! They were awesome salesmen ! We then ended up test riding the new 2017 with the Milwaukee eight engine and ended up trading in our 2016 for the very first 2017 Milwaukee Eight sold at Frazier's…!!! but the story doesn't end there ... in the meantime I had been practicing and getting my own motorcycle license at the age of 52...I made a mistake and couldn't wait to buy so I got my 2016 Tri Glide from another dealer… :( the story still doesn't end… ever since I saw the pics of the new 2018 115 Anniversary bikes that were soon to come out, I knew I wanted one ... so I told Greg in sales that when they get that Trike in to call me… they had literally rolled the new Anniversary bikes onto their floor and I talked my husband into trading in his 2017 ultra limited for the 2018 ultra limited Anniversary bike and then sat on the Triglide on the showroom floor until someone took me seriously and knew I wanted that bike really bad !!! Greg and Breeze took me seriously and with the ok from the Frazier family , I was able to trade in my 2016 for my dream bike ! So the Frazier family has customers for life ! Yes my hubby and I have matching bikes but I love seeing heads turn when we ride down the roads ! Thanks Frazier family for making my dream happen !

Billy Rabon was a great guy to deal with. No pressure and did everything we asked to customize my motorcycle to fit me exactly. It was a wonderful experience. I first went to Falcons fury HD in Conyers GA. Awful experience. Although I could have bought a motorcycle cheaper there I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Then I went to Fraziers. Bought the bike and I can't wait for an excuse to go back. Great place, great people!

David worked with me and Adam in parts to be sure I had everything I needed. Kyle completed an awesome build on this new back, which met and exceeded my expectations. Neal took time to meet me and get to know me. The rest of the service staff is always ready to help. The Service Department has always treated me with respect.
